Ledbury Real Estate purchase and develop residential and commercial property within London and the surrounding areas. The company was originally incorporated by Nick Maugham who later joined forces with John Saville (former Head of Land and New Homes at Spicerhaart).
Whilst we have historically focused, in the main, on the residential property market, we have recently turned our attention to mixed used schemes or even purely commercial ones. We have a proven track record of creating desirable and exclusive residences in a wide variety of locations, completing each and every project to a high specification. Our in-house team covers all areas of acquisition, finance, architecture, planning, project management, design and marketing. This single team provides us with a competitive edge at all stages within the acquisition and development process and enables us to move quickly and efficiently.
Nick Maugham
Nick has been in the property business since graduating from CASS business school with an MA in Real Estate in 2004. He spent several years in the corporate sector, working specifically in commercial auctions and investment in central London before starting up on his own and focusing on his life long passion of residential development.
Since 2009 Nick has acquired and sold over 50 development projects, predominantly in and around the Notting Hill area of London, through several personal and family owned companies. His vision now is to develop the Ledbury Real Estate brand into a major regional player.
Nick loves the social side of property and loves nothing more than catching up with old and new contacts, especially if there’s good food and wine involved – working hard doesn’t always mean being stuck behind a desk all day!
Away from the office he enjoys spending time with family and friends in London and Surrey and when possible travelling to exotic destinations. He is keen on most sports, particularly cricket, golf, rugby and tennis and is a season ticket holder at the mighty Arsenal.
